These Terms govern your use of the 2Green platform (“2Green”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder content — replace it with your reviewed legal copy before going live.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate contact and billing details and keep them up to date.

2. Billing & payments

Invoices are issued for services and orders you accept. Where you save a card and enable automatic payments, you authorise 2Green to charge that card for amounts due via our payment processor. Quotes are estimates and are not binding until accepted in writing.

3. Shop orders & delivery

Product availability and delivery dates are indicative. Risk and ownership pass on delivery. Returns and refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, 2Green is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
