This Policy explains how 2Green collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This is placeholder content — replace it with your reviewed legal copy before going live.

1. What we collect

Contact details (name, email, mobile number, company, address), billing information, and records of invoices, quotes and orders. Card details are tokenised by our payment processor (PayFast) — we never store your full card number.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account, issue and collect invoices, fulfil orders, respond to quote requests, and send you service notifications.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service — for example our database host (Neon), payment processor (PayFast), accounting system (Xero) and messaging providers (email/WhatsApp). We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to certain processing, subject to legal limits.

5. Retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
